Hello and thank you for your comment! We're sorry the dough was too wet; at first, you'll just want to use 1/4 cup of water, only adding the additional water if needed. If you used whole eggs instead of egg replacer, you may not need the extra water. Gluten free dough will be stickier than wheat dough- it should be the texture of a very thick batter that you can shape, and it helps if you wet your hands to keep it from sticking to you. Tried to make this and the dough mix was way too wet, even after adding another entire cup of millet flour.
