My first rolling pin I’ve ever bought and I love it. I’ve used the big clunky ones with handles and they are too much when dealing with gluten free ingredients. This is perfect for a little more delicate ingredients. I make gluten free flatbreads and tortillas with this a lot.
It sounds silly but I was carrying my rolling pin in my backpack on the way to my friend's house so we could bake. Someone at the bus stop wondered if the rolling pin was a weapon in my krav maga class. I thought, "Sure. That would work." It does well in my kitchen!
