good good product
this is a wonderful product. i have been using for 5 or 6 yrs until my shop n save store quit carrying it. they brought in whey protein instead. need to find supply of sweet dairy whey. i added to granola, pancakes cookies, smoothies... anywhere thickening and a little sweetness were good!

Trying it out for protein ... I'm not fond of the lecithin idea. I just want whey > no filler. NONE. The world needs to stop charging premiums for "key words" like protein. its just evil. This stuff is supposedly a byproduct. Sure it might be harder to mix, but to me that's like complaining that a bird flies and one must "catch it" in order to eat.

I have liver disease and my hepatologist wants me to start using whey as a protein supplement since one of my blood tests showed below in protein levels. I'm really confused as to how to add it to my diet?. Thank you.

BEST ANSWER: Whey protein can be added to smoothies to boost their protein content.
Also, the powder can be added to the dry ingredients for pancakes, breads, muffins, and such.
It can be used to sweeten things and as a substitute for some of the sugar in recipes.
