Bob's Red Mill Soy Grits are processed and packaged in our separated, dedicated gluten free facility and are routinely tested for cross contact using R5 ELISA testing protocol to ensure their gluten free status. High in fiber and protein, Soy Grits are enjoyable as a cereal with milk and fruit.
