  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. In a large bowl, mix together orange juice, milk, oil, and egg.
  2. In a separate bowl, combine wheat bran, flours, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt, walnuts, and cranberries.
  3. Add dry mixture to wet and mix until just combined. Pour into a greased 9x5" loaf pan and bake for 55-60 minutes or until the bread is firm in the center.
  4. Cool in pan for 10 minutes, then un-mold and cool thoroughly before slicing.
