Gluten Free Shortbread Cookie Mix

Unsalted Butter
cut into 8 pieces

Egg Yolk
(large-sized)
2 Tbsp
Water
1 cup
Pecan Halves
chopped
1/2 cup
Powdered Sugar
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Prepare the Cookies as the package states, adding one cup of chopped pecans and roll each cookie into a ball.
Bake on the middle rack of the oven for 12 - 15 minutes. After they have baked, roll and store in confectioners sugar.
