Corn Flour

Nonfat Milk

large (1/2 cup Liquid Egg Substitute)

Green Bell Pepper
finely chopped
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F. Combine all ingredients and mix thoroughly. Pour into a baking dish that can be placed inside another. Pour hot water into outer baking dish and bake in oven at 350°F for one hour or until knife inserted comes out clean.
