Stovetop: In a saucepan bring liquid to a boil. Add Bob's Red Mill Whole Grain Medley, then cover and reduce heat. Cook until grains are tender; about an hour. Add more liquid if needed. Let stand covered for 5 minutes. Variations: * Try it for breakfast using apple juice for liquid. Once cooked, can be eaten hot or cold with a fresh fruit topping. * Try it for lunch for use in salads, soups or in pita bread. * Try it for dinner as a pilaf or stir-fry with vegetables.
