Bob's Red Mill Ivory Wheat™ Flour is 100% stone ground from organic whole grain hard white wheat berries. Hard white whole wheat is a new variety of identity-preserved wheat that is quickly growing in popularity. This whole grain flour brings complete nutritional goodness to breads and other baked goods. The slightly sweet taste, light texture, and creamy color make it easy to introduce this whole wheat flour into breads, cookies, muffins, pancakes and more. This is great choice making bread by hand or in a bread machine.

This special flour is one of our favorite products at Bob's Red Mill. Milled from high-protein hard white wheat, this flour is the best of both worlds. It is a nutritious whole grain flour stone ground from the entire wheat berry, containing all the wholesome goodness of the bran, germ and endosperm. Organic Ivory Wheat™ Flour is an excellent source of dietary fiber and a good source of essential minerals including magnesium and phosphorus. This whole grain flour provides 4 grams of protein per serving.

Great whole grain flour!
I use this flour to replace all purpose flour in recipes such as our vegan biscuits and waffles with great results. This flour yields a much more tender and mild taste than regular whole wheat flour. This product helps us eat healthier since it retains way more fiber and iron along with other nutrients than its refined counterpart, all purpose flour. I always try to use whole grains in my baking, but they usually makes the end produce heavy and dry. I am SO glad I found this flour - I buy many bags of it at a time and use it in everything. You get the nutrition of whole grain, with a light texture and delicious taste. AWESOME!

Perfect for a natural sourdough!
My daughter has IBS and severe fibromyalgia, so I began to make all our family's bread with a natural starter I made myself using a mixture of this and organic white flour. When bread dough is fermented slowly and naturally (I make Tartine bread), she's able to digest it without problems. This flour is nutritious, high fiber and provides a lovely lighter texture. Sourdough from natural leaven can be tricky and there definitely is a learning curve. I knew I needed a flour with high protein and high fiber and I couldn't use rye because my daughter reacts badly to it. This flour is my perfect solution!

Milled very fine, does not smell rancid, works in cakes and cookies, hard winter wheat has more fiber, good for bread (sourdough).

The Ivory Whole Wheat Flour is a beautiful color and offers a very mild wheat flavor. It will produce a cookie flavor similar to using an all-purpose flour with the benefit of being whole grain. I blend this flour, the same weight of all-purpose flour and oat flour to create a flour that is about 52% whole grain. I use it for everything. Using 100% whole grain produces a product that is a little heavy to me, but the blend comes out nice.

I just recently tried the Ivory Wheat flour. I used it in some double chocolate muffins, and substituted it for the same amount of all purpose flour the recipe called for. Turned out great. More fiber and protein, still great taste and texture. I also made bread using approximately half Artisan Bread flour and half Ivory Wheat. Recipe is for all purpose, but in the past I've used half bread flour and either half all purpose or a mix of it anf regular whole wheat. The mix with Ivory Wheat is the best. I highly recommend the Ivory Wheat flour!

I love Bob’s organic flour, so when they were out I tried the ivory wheat organic. Great for pizza, disappointing for cookies. Do not like the texture in my chocolate chip cookies. Would use as a second flour, not as a basic flour to have in my home.

I love this flour for bread-making! I tried King Arthur flour after moving to Colorado (we used to live just a mile away from the mill), but the texture of the flour is not nearly as nice--powdery and weird. Bob's flour has the most amazing texture!!! And the King Arthur flour tasted weird. Bob's is best!!!

As a person at risk for diabetes regular white (all purpose) flour is out of the question. And I love to bake! I discovered ivory whole wheat and that's been a game changer. I LOVE how my muffins and breads turn out. And I, for one, can't tell the difference. Enjoy!

this is a great flour, high fiber
we dont have to use very much sweetener when baking with it because it doesnt have a wheaty flavor when thats not what you're looking for

fiber,protein and fat- put those into your diet with clean eating and you'll be full long before you over eat

This flour is absolutely amazing for my Tartine sour dough fermentation. I mix a third to a half total weight Ivory Wheat with Bob's Organic Unbleached White for a light and tasty high-fiber bread that doesn't taste, feel or digest like a normal heavy whole wheat. I make ALL my family's bread with this combo. LOVE IT!!!

very very high fiber and that is what makes it good for our health. Also it does not smell like other whole wheat.

It is very finely ground so I can use it in cakes and cookies.

I think that because of the very high fiber content it is LOW on the glycemic index, making it acceptable for a diabetic. (I think - please correct me if I am wrong).

I use this flour in combination with an unbleached all purpose flour and an oat flour to make the flour I bake with. I haven't been able to find it in the local stores, so I am ordering it. It gives me baked goods that are a higher whole grain and yet liked by those I bake for.
