Graham Flour is our most coarsely stone ground whole wheat flour, made from dark northern hard red wheat. It contains all the germ, oil and fiber from the whole wheat kernel. Use this flavorful flour for rustic breads and classic graham crackers.


Bob's Red Mill coarsely ground 100% Whole Wheat Graham Flour is freshly milled on cool and slow turning, century-old stone-buhr millstones. We use only the best plump and hearty dark northern, hard red spring wheat. Our graham flour contains all of the wheat berry's healthy and natural elements—the germ, endosperm and bran. Hard red spring wheat has the highest protein content of all wheat varieties and is a good source of dietary fiber. Bob's Red Mill Graham Flour is the most coarsely ground flour we mill. Graham flour can be substituted or blended with regular whole wheat flour in a variety of baked goods for a coarse, dense and hearty texture. Contrary to popular belief, graham flour is used in many products other than graham crackers. What great flour quality!
I just got through baking 3 loaves of graham bread and they turned out superb. Beautiful crumb and delicious taste. I got plenty of volume from my proofing. And most of all , a fine texture to my dough. Great elasticity.

You can use this for homemade graham crackers, but it also makes wonderful honey-graham bread. And gives a delicious added flavor to cookies as well.

I use graham flour for making bread and love the flavor. I often add ground flax seed meal which I think enhances the flavor as well as making it more nutritional.

I use Bob’s flour products for all special recipes. I work at a supermarket and order the specialty foods. I needed graham flour for a special 120 year old recipe of my grand mother. I was unable to get it from our warehouse so I instantly went online to bobsredmill.com and found it. I ordered it and had it within a week. It is so nice to find special items in stores or online.

The only whole wheat flour we use. Stone ground seems flat compared to it. Makes superb honey wheat and whole wheat bread. My husband adds some to other specialty breads as well.

A reputable company of natural and organic grains. True graham flour is not whole wheat flour and this is what other companies try to pass off doing. Red Mill is true graham flour and I can make my own graham crackers tasting like graham crackers.

BEST ANSWER: Graham flour is milled from coarsely ground hard red wheat. Oat flour is milled from whole grain oats. The differences come from what grain is used, as well as the texture.
