type 2 diabetic here, working on real food vs prepackaged food. Learning to prepare which may be normal for most, but not me. Feel better with natural foods, less chemicals, less stress on the body, better numbers for my blood sugars all good things. The more I learn and understand the better it is for me, and my grown kids and I can continue to grow old with them.
