Used 1/4 of the corn flour - I use for fish breading because it really keeps it light (I think it's helps with weight control also). Thanks for such great products, I sometimes see them in stores, but my orders always arrive timely and complete.

I am HOPING this is a similar product that I was used to while growing up in mid Florida a number of years ago when my granny taught me to cook on a wood stove.

With all things considered, CORN FLOUR does not need SUGAR, like today's corn meal, in order to have a distinctive taste all it own. After I have received and tested this product I may do a critique as to what I find.

I would like to make corn bread using a 100% corn product, eliminating the all purpose flour. I this do able with the corn flour as opposed to corn meal?

BEST ANSWER: I use half corn flour and half med grind corn meal.. no all purpose flour because all corn flour was too soft and cakey cornbread for my taste. But I also don't like sugar in my cornbread. I think corn is GF
