- Excellent Book!
I follow a low glycemic diet & this book has been great! It is worth the price alone for the pancake recipes. This book almost exclusively uses coconut flour. Other coconut flour recipes I have found include other flours such as potato or tapioca. While these flours do not have gluten in them(which isn't an issue for me), they will spike my blood sugar.
All of the recipes in this book have been really easy to follow, and have turned out great!
