Hi there! I was looking for a gluten free recipe to take to a friend that just had a baby and I ran across your Sopa de Quinua! I was just wondering if this reheated well and/or froze well. Thank you so much!

Lisa Striegel

We have not ever frozen it and reheated it, but from my experience with quinoa it would be fabulous. Great idea and what a super friend you are!
