This recipe makes one tart, though the colors look so beautiful when set in the center of the table, we suggest making two!

Gluten Free Pecan Pie

The crust is made with our Gluten Free 1-to-1 Baking Flour, cold butter, coconut sugar and ice water. Just keep in mind, the dough is best to work with when it’s cool but not completely chilled. The filling is a unique blend of eggs, brown sugar, light corn syrup, melted butter, vanilla extract, freshly grated orange zest and toasted pecans. Enjoy it on its own, with a scoop of vanilla ice cream or alongside a big dollop of whipped cream.

Vegan Pumpkin Cheesecake with Gluten Free Chocolate Crust

This Vegan Pumpkin Cheesecake with Gluten Free Chocolate Crust is creative, delectable and perfect for vegan and gluten free guests. The crust is made with almond flour, unsweetened cocoa powder, coconut oil and pitted Medjool dates.
