Thank you to everyone who participated in our last giveaway of the year. I wish I could give a cookbook to everyone who participated. I select winners from your comments randomly- honest to goodness- and it just so happens that Amy Kate was selected to win 1,000 Gluten Free Recipes by Carol Fenster. If you were keeping up with the comments, you will have seen that Amy wrote us a lovely poem about her gluten-free life. We liked it so much, we’re sharing it with you in case you missed it.

Roses are Red, Violets are Blue-
I’d love the GF Recipe Book, wouldn’t you?
Becoming a Celiac at age 33
Has done some amazing things for me…
No more fatigue and sickness is nice,
But what do I cook when I’m bored with white rice?

Bob’s corn bread, Bob’s Quinoa, Bob’s all purpose mix,
Have all come in handy when I’m in a fix.
But options are good;
and 1,000 are better…
So with that cookbook, I’d be a GF Go-Getter!

Congratulations, Amy Kate! The winner of The Vegan Table by Colleen Patrick-Goudreau is Jilly Bean (we’re guessing that’s just her handle).

Everyone here at Bob’s would like to wish you a Christmas filled with love and a safe and happy New Year. We couldn’t be the company we are without you. Each of you feels as much like family to us as our own kin.

To your good health,

The Bob’s Red Mill Family
