Introducing Our New Muesli Cups!

By: Whitney Barnes | April 6 2018
Bob and his wife, Charlee, had their first taste of muesli while on vacation in the European countryside: they fell in love with the wholesome cereal immediately. Back home at the mill, Bob decided to create his own muesli to share with his customers. “I think I did the right thing,” says Bob, “it seems customers are as passionate about our muesli as I am, often telling us we make the most authentic version they’ve found in the United States.” It was 20 years ago that Bob introduced the Old Country Style Muesli and has since followed that up with our Gluten Free Muesli, Fruit and Seed Muesli, Gluten Free Tropical Muesli, and Paleo Style Muesli. These different blends of muesli have mixed together the cereal of European tradition with our fresh and nutritious ingredients. You asked for a convenient and delicious breakfast option with recognizable ingredients from a brand you trust, and we were listening. Today we are excited to introduce you to our newest breakfast options that are wholesome, simple, delicious, and easy to prepare: Muesli Cups! Our three new single-serving cups include our Gluten Free Muesli Cup, Gluten Free Tropical Muesli Cup, and Paleo Muesli Cup. These delicious and unprocessed cereals can be enjoyed hot or cold, with milk or yogurt. Along with being versatile, these oatmeal cups are quick to prepare and perfect to take on the go. If you love the clean convenience of our Gluten Free Oatmeal Cups, you’ll love these new muesli cups. Like all of Bob’s products, “unprocessed is our process!” All three of these muesli varieties are full of wholesome, unprocessed ingredients, like gluten free whole grain oats, nuts, seeds, and dried fruit. Our Gluten Free Muesli is filled with healthful oats, raisins, cranberries, sunflower seeds, and pumpkin seeds and our Gluten Free Tropical Muesli takes you on a tropical trip with the addition of dried mango, strawberries, coconut, and macadamia nuts. Both can be prepared hot or cold, or the original European style, soaked overnight with yogurt and grated apple. Our Paleo Style Muesli is a grain free option made with nuts, seeds, and naturally sweetened dried fruit, perfect for snacking right from the cup or mixed with yogurt for a satisfying bite. All three new muesli cups offer 5-7 grams of protein, a good amount of fiber, are low in sugar, and are suitable for those following a gluten free or paleo diet. Each cup has only 8 grams of total sugar or less, and 3 grams or less of added sugar. Each cup is made from gluten free ingredients and mixed in our dedicated gluten free facility. In addition to the nutrients inside the cup, the add-ins are limitless! These cups can be enjoyed alongside fresh fruit or swirled together with your favorite milk or yogurt. The Paleo Style Muesli would be an especially great topping for your favorite morning smoothie. Keep your pantry and desk drawer stocked with a few cups and you’ll never be more than a few minutes away from a healthy and satisfying meal.
