Influencer Spotlight: Kyndras Kitchen

Were shining that spotlight today on trained pastry chef and balanced foodie Kyndra Kelly. Shes the passion and drive behind her blog, Kyndras Kitchen. She believes that moderation, not deprivation, is the spice of living, and that life is way too short not to enjoy your food. She lives by the motto that theres nothing better than great food and great company, and she loves sharing her gifts in the kitchen with others in the hopes of sparking a similar love and passion for cooking and creating. Kyndras Kitchen is loaded with mouthwatering recipes ranging from simple to complex, alongside eye-popping photographs of her edible artwork. Which makes sense, as she also moonlights as an enthusiastic photog for Images Arizona Magazine. Kyndra says, We eat with our eyes before our mouths, and its so true. Although with food this spectacular, theres always a danger of our eyes being a smidge bigger than our stomachs. Remember, Kyndras secret is moderation, friends! Otherwise, you might find a belly ache in your future. Dont say we didnt warn you! If youre brave enough to mosey on over to her blog, youll find treats that are healthy, indulgent, plus a variety of warm comfort food guaranteed to make even the worst day pretty darn amazing. She also uses nothing but real food ingredients, because your body deserves nothing less than the best. That alone makes her a culinary queen, in our humble opinion. Keep reading for more from Kyndra, in her own words.

How did you become an influencer/blogger?

In addition to that, I always try and use the healthiest fats and sugars. Coconut oil, grass-fed butter, honey, maple syrup, etc.

What is something most people don't know about you?
