Adzuki Beans have a firm texture and nutty flavor. They are perfect for salads, soups, chilis and veggie burgers, and are the main ingredient in anko, a sweet red bean paste used in Japanese desserts. They are high fiber, a good source of iron, and offer 11 grams of protein per serving.

Details

Adzuki Beans are great for sprouting. They're also great cooked and mashed to make refried beans.
