Is your cassiva root cooked or air dried? what is your source and origin of your cassiva root? What part of the processing of this flour are you involved in and what testing is done on It to assure it is free of mold and contaminants? I am looking forward to trying your product and trying your recipes. I love this flour and have used several other brands. I'm always looking for good Brownies and flat bread so I will make these first. I have great recipe for Rustic Ginger Cookies of my own that I will do also.

Hi Aomi, unfortunately we do not have a gluten free cheesecake recipe on our website. I will pass along your feedback to our test kitchen team and perhaps we will have one in the future!

I will make bagels first with the cassava flour. It is the one thing that I have been unable to come up with a suitable substitute for since going gluten free. I have read they taste just like wheat bagels. Looking forward to checking this out for myself!

Kirsten

I would love to make grain free tortillas with the cassava flour!

Michelle Gurr

I will make flatbread pizza. My daughter and I both have celiacs so we use loads of your gf products, excited to try Cassava.

Janet Krig

I would love to make some blueberry muffins with cassava flour!!

Dianne Bucceri

Would definitely incorporate cassava flour into my healthy baking.. Especially cupcakes and banana bread for the grandkids... Sure would make a healthier addition to make gravy. Thanks for making this product, I am always looking for better alternatives to flour..

Thank you so much for this giveaway! I found out I was gluten sensitive about 2 years ago and the change in my diet has made such a huge difference. I'd love to make churros with it! My friend made it once and it was absolutely delicious!

I'll either make the flatbread recipe and add in some herbs and grated garlic or pumpkin chocolate chip cookies. Both sound so good for fall! Looking forward to visiting your store sometime this week while I am visiting Portland.
