Hi Carmen, this recipe was created with these specific flours to achieve the soft texture. Substitutions will create a different texture and may not yield the best results.
These came out nicely. I had to use egg substitute because I’m allergic. Otherwise followed the recipe and they worked out just as the recipe said.
