I guess I still dont really k ow how much processed white flour might be involved. I k ow you me tio Ed when wheat, but in my experience, if something is sold at a grocery store, says "Whole wheat" or "Whole Grains" and doesn't say "100% whole wheat" or "100% whole grains" it's usually made of white flower with a few whole grains thrown in. I've been a diet controlled trolled diabetic since ce 1976, so I'm really careful, what I put on my mouth.

Hi Juli,
In our product line, "Whole Wheat" or "Whole Grain" means no refined wheat or grain with nothing removed. We hope you love any of our products you try!

I had some left over from dinner and mixed it with 2 eggs scrambled and a handful of peas. I fried it… is this a frittata?
I doubt that I created something new. Do you have a name for this? Anyway, Now I have a breakfast option.

Thank you Bob. Very interesting. I made some last night to go with a stir fry. Will make sure not to buy Israel!

The Cajuns of South Louisiana have been using it for many generations, Much of it came from the Creole influence of Spanish, African and French that intermingled in our Louisiana History. It's pretty common in meals as a substitute for rice or potatoes. It usually contains some very spicy peppers in certain dishes.

Thank you for explaining this so well. The list of BRM selection of couscous leads me asking all over, which one falls under each of the 3 categories
