Hi Reda,
Black sesame seeds may have some additional nutritional benefits as they contain the hulls but for questions regarding calcium and anemia, we would recommend speaking to a medical professional for the most complete information.

Yes, there are white whole sesame seeds (unhulled) but they are not as common, and we don't carry them in our product line. Look for seeds labeled as "white natural un-hulled (whole) sesame seeds."
Asian medicine says yes it works for any color. There are some other hair tonics. Ask chat GPT to explain it in Chinese medicine. Easier than learning Mandrin.
Hi John,
We don't have any information about the effect of sesame seeds on hair color, but you may be able to find information on another website!
Yes, you can also eat white sesame seeds! You can find some good recipes at the bottom of this page:

How come you don't talk about the nutritional values of the 2 seeds which are definitely different on this confusion that some people think that when they say black seed oil they're talking about black sesame seeds which they are not
Thank you for your comment! We'll share this feedback with our team!
Does the black hulls of sesame seeds contain lectins?
What about flax seeds, hemp seeds & chia seeds?
Hi Charles, we have not done independent testing regarding lectins in any of our products or soaking to reduce lectins prior to cooking. Some customers do soak grains before cooking, which may help to reduce the lectin content to some degree, but as we haven't tested lectin content before and after cooking, we don't have research to support these claims; speaking with a nutritionist or medical professional may be helpful for more specific information.
We have basic cooking instructions/preparation instructions printed on each package, which we would suggest. I'm sorry we do not have more information to share on this subject.
If we take black sesame seeds then will we get the benefits of white sesame seeds also as the black ones have the husk on it that provides additional benefits? Or due to both calcium or iron in black seeds which of these nutrient is absorbed in body as calcium blocks iron and vice versa or can it treat anemia?
