How To Install Wallpapers

If you're unsure about your monitor's resolution you can find it here (external link).

Windows

  1. Click the link that matches your monitor resolution.
  2. The image will open in the browser window. Right-click on the image and from the pop-menu choose Set as wallpaper.

Mac

  1. Click the link that matches your monitor resolution.
  2. The image will open in the browser window. Control-click (or right click) on the image and select Download image to disk... from the menu save the image to a location on your hard drive. Remember this location. A good location to save desktop images is the Pictures folder in your home directory.
  3. From the Apple Menu, choose System Preferences and click Desktop.
  4. In the Collections drop-down, choose Pictures folder if you saved the image there. Otherwise, select Choose Folder and browse to the folder where you saved the image.
  5. Select the image to set it as your desktop picture.

iPhone

Go into Settings>Wallpaper>Camera Roll, find the image you just saved, and set it as your wallpaper.

Android

  1. From your home screen press menu, then select wallpapers or from your app drawer select your gallery icon.
  2. Navigate your gallery to find the picture you wish to set as the wallpaper and click on it.
  3. Use the box to select the portion of the wallpaper you want to use.
  4. In the lower left corner you will accept the size, then wait a second for it to set as wallpaper.
  5. Once you receive a confirmation that it has been set, hit the home button and view your wallpaper.

BlackBerry

  1. Right click on the image and save it to your desktop.
  2. Email the image from your computer to your BlackBerry.
  3. Open the attachment on your BlackBerry (view full content).
  4. Click Save, and Save to your /home/user/pictures directory (should pop up by default).
  5. Go to your Pictures folder, Select the Image, and choose Set As Home Screen Image.

iPad

Go into Settings>Wallpaper>Saved Images, find the image you just saved, and set it as your wallpaper.

Nook

  1. Connect your Nook to your computer via the included USB cable.
  2. Go to the desktop. The Nook should now appear as a drive icon.
  3. Double-clicking the Nook drive icon and you should see a list of folders, including "my screensavers" and "my wallpapers."
  4. Drag your image into the "my wallpapers" folder.
  5. Now, disconnect the nook from the computer by ejecting the drive.
  6. Once your Nook is disconnected from the computer, activate the touchscreen and select the settings option on the far right.
  7. Next select display, then Wallpaper
  8. Now select the image you dropped onto the Nook to set your wallpaper.
