- 1/4 cup honey + 1/4 cup Molasses + 1/4 cup vegetable oil + 3/4 cup water + 1 egg + 1/2 cup applesauce (stir). 2 cups mix (stir). 2 apples chopped + 1/2 cup chopped walnuts + 1/2 cup golden raisins (stir). Bake 400 deg F for 18min. Makes 12 cupcake sized muffins. Perfect with a cup of tea in the morning.

- I love this product. I reduce the water slightly because I add a half cup or so of apple sauce to each batch. Don't overbake (15 mins is enough). I have to order this online now because I can no longer find it in the stores, even in Whole Foods! PLEASE don't discontinue it!!!
