- A nice change from plain oatmeal
- I decided to try the rolled spelt to have something different. I am on a high fiber diet, and the spelt fits right in. It takes a little longer to cook than rolled oats, but the taste is very good. I added some wheat germ for more fiber, and Scottish oats for a bit of creaminess. I cooked the grains in rice milk with some currants, and added raw honey at the end for sweetener. This fills me up

- We are big breakfast eaters and this fits the bill. I make my own bread and can fruit every summer, so this fits right into our diet very well.
