Quinoa Tabbouleh

This recipe can be found on our bags of Organic Quinoa Grain. Whole Grain! Gluten Free, High Fiber, Lactose Free, Low Sugar, Organic, Soy Free, Vegan.

  • 2 cups Organic Quinoa Grain cooked & cooled
  • 1 cup Parsley chopped
  • 1/2 cup Scallions chopped or Green Onions chopped
  • 2 Tomatoes medium sized, cut into 1/4-inch dice
  • 2 Tbsp Mint chopped fresh (or 1 tsp dried)
  • 1 Garlic clove minced
  • 1 Tbsp Basil minced
  • 1/2 cup Lemon Juice
  • 1/4 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1/8 tsp White Pepper


Toss together all ingredients. Chill for 1 hour or more to allow flavors to blend.

Makes 6 servings.

This is such an easy recipe that turns out delicious each time! A great gluten free option for taboule. It tastes really good with some feta, chopped chicken breast, cucumber and cherry tomatoes tossed in.

I think you mean 2 cups of cooked and cooled Quinoa, not 12! At least that is what the back of the bag says.

are you sure 1/2 cup lemon juice. I make the receipe on the back
of the back. Very tart. Would not bake this again.

Most people enjoy the tart flavor of the lemon juice in this recipe. However, as with most recipes, feel free to adjust the amount to suit your personal preference.

1 cup of uncooked quinoa will generally yield 2 cups when cooked.

The Quinoa Tabouleh is one of my all-time favorite recipes! I can eat this as a meal and my friends & family love it too! It's very easy to make and stores well in the fridge.
