DirectionsStep 1Prepare Bob’s Red Mill Corn Bread according to package recipe; cool.Step 2In a heavy saucepan sauté onions and celery in olive oil until transparent. Mix corn bread, herbs, spices, apples, walnuts, onions and celery together. Add chicken broth and salt to mixture. Mix together until well-blended.Step 3Stuff the dressing into the cavity of the turkey immediately. Place the remaining dressing around the bird. Bake with the turkey, or bake in a separate pan for 45 minutes at 325°FServe with turkey and gravy (if desired). Makes 18 servings. |
