Rice Flour Master Mix

This recipe can be used for cookies, muffins, pancakes and waffles. Adapted from Muriel Richter's "The Art of Baking with Rice Flour." Gluten Free, Low Sugar.


Step 1

Sift dry ingredients together. Add oil. Mix well with a pastry blender until mealy and fine.

Step 2

Store in refrigerator in airtight container up to one month.

Makes approximately 6-1/2 cups.

i'm confused. is other leavener required or is just liquid needed?

how would we know the consistency necessary or the baking temperature and time required?

please leave more detailed instructions. thank!

Our Rice Flour Master Mix recipe is a flour blend recipe. As the recipe header states "This recipe can be used for cookies, muffins, pancakes and waffles." Simply substitute this flour blend in any cookie, muffin, pancake or waffle recipe.
