Rose's Gluten Free Prune Bread

Directions

Combine all the ingredients in a mixing bowl. Press into greased 9-inch round baking pan. Cut the plums in half and press into dough in a nice pattern. Sprinkle with cinnamon if desired. Bake at 350°F for 35-40 minutes. Cool on wire rack. Makes 16 servings.
*Corn Starch may be used instead of potato starch.
