DirectionsStep 1Blend together the sugar and margarine. Add the applesauce, vanilla and milk and blend until smooth. Add the flours, baking powder and cinnamon and blend. Stir in the walnut pieces.Step 2Scoop batter into muffin tins until 3/4 full. Bake at 400°F for 20 minutes.Makes 1 dozen muffins. |
