Potato BiscuitsContributed by: John Ernest IIThis recipe was not tested in the Bob’s Red Mill Kitchen but was submitted by a customer who wanted to share a recipe they enjoyed with others.
Directions
Combine potato flakes, sugar, butter and hot water in a bowl and mix well. Add cold water and Buttermilk Biscuit Mix and stir until blended. Add a little water, if needed, to make soft dough.
Turn out on lightly-floured surface. Knead ten times. Roll out ½-inch thick and cut out biscuits. Place on ungreased cookie sheet. Brush tops of biscuits with milk.
