Whole Grain Buttermilk CrepesContributed by: Chelsea Lincoln from the Bob's Red Mill KitchenThis recipe uses our Buttermilk Pancake Mix for an easy-to-make crepe.
Directions
Whisk together the eggs, water and oil. Add the pancake mix and mix until no clumps of flour are in the batter. Heat a grill to 350°F or the stove to medium-high heat. Pour about 1/3 cups of batter onto a non-stick grill or pan and spread out the batter by moving the pan in a circular motion so the batter covers about 7 inches in diameter.
Cook the first side about 90 seconds and then flip the crepe, careful not to cause breaks. Bake the other side for about 45 seconds. Fill with your favorite sweet or savory fillings. Makes 10 crepes. | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
