Buttermilk Blueberry Muffins

Directions

Mix together the cane juice, applesauce, vanilla and oil. Slowly stir in milk to combine. Add pancake mix, and blueberries and stir in until just combined. Be careful not to over mix. Fill greased muffin cups 2/3 full and bake at 375°F for 20 minutes.  Makes 12 muffins.
