Barley Almond Coconut Cookies

Everyone will be surprised by how much they love these cookes. This is a wheat-free recipe but does contain gluten. Whole Grain! High Fiber, Lactose Free, Low Cal, Vegan.


Step 1

Cream together the sugar and margarine. Add the milk and vanilla and blend. Add the flour, baking powder, baking soda, almonds and coconut. Blend until combined.

Step 2

Place balls of dough on greased baking sheet. Bake at 350°F for 15 minutes.

Makes 15 cookies.
