Irish Soda Berry SconesContributed by: Chelsea Lincoln from the Bob's Red Mill KitchenMade from our Irish Soda Bread Mix, these scones are super easy and tasty.
Directions
Preheat oven to 425°F. In a large bowl, combine mix with water and oil. Stir just until barley combined and then stir in the berries, careful not to over mix. Divide mixture in half. Pat each half into a flattened circle and place on a greased baking sheet about 1-inch apart. Cut each circle into 6 wedges. Bake for 15 minutes. Makes 12 scones.

Great recipe using a great mix, of course I add different items every time to "customize" this recipe, but this recipe as is, is a winner. Great texture, rises to a perfect height and browns nicely.
