DirectionsStep 1In medium bowl, combine cereal, flour, sugar and baking powder; set aside.Step 2In small bowl, combine milk, egg, margarine and mashed banana. Stir wet ingredients into dry ingredients until just blended. (Batter will be slightly lumpy.) Let stand 10 minutes; stir in walnuts.Step 3Heat lightly greased griddle or skillet over medium-high heat. Pour scant 1/3 cup batter onto griddle or skillet for each pancake. Cook until bubbly, turn and cook until done. Serve immediately, top with sliced bananas and syrup if desired.Makes 12 pancakes. |
