  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. Mix together the butter, splenda/sugar and vanilla until creamy.
  3. Mix in the eggs one at a time until well mixed.
  4. Stir in the baking soda and the coconut flour.
  5. Stir in the nut butter until well blended (if desired).
  6. Carefully fold in the chocolate chips.
  7. Bake for about 12 minutes or until cookies are slightly firm.



    Makes 12 cookies.

    Delicious and easy! However, recipe makes about 24 cookies, not 12. Batter is soft, so cookies should be spaced well on the baking sheet (2″ between).
