I normally use self rising flour with pepper and add water to make southern type rolled dumplings and add to my chicken broth. How can I use your gluten free all purpose flour to make these. Do
I need to use the Xanthan Gum? Or can
I just use salt, pepper, and baking soda with water & use your gluten free flour?

If you would like to make this recipe using our Gluten Free All Purpose Flour, you will need to add a small amount of xanthan gum (approx. 1/2 tsp per cup of flour). Keep in mind that we have not tested this recipe.

      Hi Sue,
We don’t have a recipe for dumplings using our Buttermilk Pancake Mix, but you could try using this recipe using the same amount of your mix. It will change the texture a bit, however so you may need to adjust the liquid portion slightly.
