  1. Mix all ingredients with a fork, in a coffee mug. Put in microwave oven for 50-55 secounds. Turn upside down and Muffin comes right out.

* Ideal sweetner is the best! No after taste. I topped my muffin with cut up strawberries sweetened with a no calorie sweetener.
