Ingredients
Ingredients
Instructions
  1. In a large stockpot or dutch oven, combine soup mix, water, onion and spices on medium heat and cover for 10 minutes. Stir occasionally. (Follow initial directions for sorting and rinsing soup mix first.)
  2. Add turkey to soup mixture and stir.
  3. If using raw vegetables, add them at the same time as the turkey. If using leftover vegetables, add them half an hour into cooking time so they won't turn to mush.
  4. Let simmer on low to medium heat for an hour to an hour and a half until a nice soup consistency forms.

    Makes approx. 10 servings.
Gluten Free Cornbread
  1. Make cornbread per directions on packaging.
Recipe Notes

Any vegetables can be used in this soup, as well as any leftover protein you may have on hand. The cornbread makes a great accompaniment to the soup. This was a great way to use up the turkey meat leftover from Thanksgiving, and easily feeds a family of four, or a family of two for 2 nights. Enjoy!

Today was my first time for using your product’s soup mix, the Vegi flavor one. My unofficial recipe to embellish this was the following additions: cubed red potatoes, chopped onions, chopped garlic, Maggi Seasoning, 2 cups of the soup mix, 8 cups of water, sliced fresh mushrooms, and frozen flat beans, fresh green beans may be substituted, salt blend, and fresh ground black pepper. It is DELICIOUS! -Thanks for giving my first time with this soup blend a good start!
