Super Bread

I created this recipe to try & get my teen boys to eat healthier. They insist it makes the best sandwiches & they never ask for white bread anymore. This recipe was not tested by Bob’s Red Mill. High Fiber, Lactose Free, Low Fat, Low Sugar, Soy Free.

We (adults, a preschooler, and a toddler) love this bread! It’s great for toast and sandwiches. We even used it to make some cinnamon rolls one time. It was a little tougher than a white bread dough, but really tasty. Great recipe!
