  1. Although semolina is usually thought of as a pasta flour in this country, it also makes delicious bread. You'll find the color slightly yellow and the taste nutty. It's a super sandwich bread.



    Add all ingredients in the order suggested by your bread machine manufacturer and process on the basic bread cycle according to the manufacturer's directions. Let loaf cool for 15 minutes before slicing.



    Makes 1-1/2 lb loaf (13 slices).
