Pancake Instructions
  1. Preheat lightly-oiled griddle or non-stick skillet to medium heat. In a large bowl, combine 1 cup Protein Pancake & Waffle Mix and 3/4 cup water. Whisk together until just incorporated. For each pancake, ladle a scant 1/4 cup batter onto the hot griddle. Let cook until bubbles form on the surface, about 3 - 4 minutes. Flip pancakes over and continue to cook until done, about 3 - 4 minutes. Makes 4 - 6 pancakes.
Waffle Instructions
  1. Preheat waffle iron to medium heat for at least 10 minutes. In a large bowl, whisk together Protein Pancake & Waffle, water, and melted butter or oil. Whisk together until just incorporated. Follow waffle iron manufacturer's instructions for measuring and cooking waffles. Makes 2 waffles.
