Bread Machine Instructions
  1. Put 1 1/8 cups warm water into machine.
  2. LOCATE AND REMOVE THE ENCLOSED YEAST PACKET.
  3. Then add the contents of the package of the Potato Bread Mix, 2 Tbsp. canola (or other) oil, and contents of yeast packet.
  4. Put machine on basic white bread or medium setting.
  5. Turn on machine. Now enjoy this wonderful, moist potato bread.
Hand Instructions
  1. LOCATE AND REMOVE THE ENCLOSED YEAST PACKET.
  2. Add contents of the yeast packet to the mix.
  3. COMBINE the Potato Bread Mix, 2 Tbsp. canola ( or other) oil and 1 1/8 cups warm water. KNEAD 8-10 minutes.
  4. Place in a greased bowl, COVER & LET RISE in a warm place until doubled (approx. 1 1/2 hours).
  5. PUNCH down, COVER & LET RISE until doubled (approx. 30-40 min).
  6. FORM loaf and place in a greased 9 x 5 x 3 bread pan. COVER with plastic wrap and LET RISE in a warm place until doubled (approx. 45 min). BAKE at 375° for 30-40 minutes.
  7. Thump top of loaf. A hollow sound indicates a properly baked loaf.
  8. Turn out of pan, cover with a towel and cool before slicing.
