Instructions
  1. Cream together the sugars, peanut butter and butter. Add the egg and beat until fully incorporated.
  2. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, starch, baking soda, baking powder and salt.
  3. Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and blend until combined. Stir in chocolate chips.
  4. Refrigerate cookie dough covered for 30 minutes.
  5. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  6. Place dough by the tablespoon on a greased cookie sheet. Bake for 12 minutes, or until the edges begin to brown.
