  1. Use a microplane or fine grater to create ½ teaspoon (packed) of fresh orange zest, and place into a blender. Remove and discard the remaining peel, and add the orange to the blender. Add all the remaining ingredients except the ice, and blend until smooth. Add the ice and blend once more until frosty.
