  1. In a medium bowl, blend together egg, sugar, vanilla and oil.
  2. Slowly blend in the orange juice.
  3. Add biscuit mix and cranberries to liquid ingredients and blend until just combined.
  4. Using a spatula, scoop the dough into a greased loaf pan and spread out dough evenly.
  5. Bake at 350°F for 30-35 minutes.

      Hi Mary,
      We haven’t tried this substitution, but it may require some additional adjustments to the flour and liquid portions of the recipe. We may suggest using a recipe for pumpkin bread or similar, where the recipe is proportioned to accommodate this much pumpkin.
