  1. Begin popping popcorn in a pan with lid on the stove or in an electric popper following the manufacturer’s instructions.
  2. While popcorn pops, combine melted butter and lemon juice. In a small bowl, combine lemon zest, sugar, Bob’s Red Mill Poppy Seeds and salt.
  3. Pour the butter mixture over the popped popcorn. Immediately add the poppy seed mixture and mix thoroughly to combine.
