  1. Dissolve the yeast in the warm water.  Stir the salt, butter and honey into the yeast mixture.  In a separate bowl, combine the flours.  Add this to the liquid ingredients and mix well.  Knead the dough for 5-10 minutes.  Separate dough and form into 3 loaves.  Let rise until bouble.  Bake at 350°F for about 30 minutes.  Makes 3 loaves (12 slices each).

    Geez this is huge! I would recommend that you reduce the recipe by 1/3 to make it manageable in a standard home electric mixer. I would also say an initial rise in the bowl for 45 minutes would make this recipe better.
